Arrival and Departure

There is plenty of parking available in the lot across the street. Please park and bring your student into the Great Hall if they are under the age of 10.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and pick up on time. There will not be child supervision and students may not stay in the Great Hall during another class time.

Please send a text or message via Whats App to report an absence or late arrival.

What to wear

There is much discussion around uniforms when it comes to movement training. We provide each student with a comfortable loose fitting top that should be worn to each weekly class. It is your family‘s choice what the student wears on the bottom so long as knees are covered and any skirts also have  leggings underneath. No tights as we will be barefoot or in traction socks ( like the ones you get at bouncy houses). No jewelry or excessive hair accessories. Hair must be pulled away from the face and off the neck as applicable.

Health and Safety

Everyone's health and safety is our utmost concern. Please review our full policies External link opens in new tab or windowHERE.

General guidelines: If your student did not go to school because they were sick, do not send them to class.  If your student is experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms, please keep them home until they are symptom-free. Students with an active cough but are not contagious may wear masks to class if they are old enough to ensure they will keep them on.

No Cell Phone Zone

We are a No Cell Phone zone. We believe in being fully present with the children as they come in,  throughout the class and as they leave.  Please put your phones away if you are in a child/caregiver class. This also means that if you need to contact CHASEDANCE regarding absences or tardiness you can do so via Whats App, Text or Email.  However,  your message will not be seen until classes are done for the day. Please feel free to reach out to other classmates to relay your messaging if it is urgent and during the no Cell Phone Zone time. The Church Office is not open during class times.

Tuition Payments

Tuition must be paid prior to your student attending a class. If you would like a to pay for a trial class you may pay the drop-in rate and that amount will be deducted from the term tuition payment.  Please contact us if you have any questions about payment options or deadlines.

CHASEDANCE

actively seeks new ways to approach

 Arts Education, Performance, and Scholarship.

We strive daily to identify and dismantle injustice that exists in forms

of pedagogy, aesthetics and paradigms that are built around privilege.

We are growing in how we create community and how we can engage with the multitude of ways to share knowledge, amplify underrepresented voices, and collectively imagine more equitable futures.
